Balanced Strategy - Invest 50

This strategy is designed for clients that want a balanced portfolio with 50% invested in stocks that minimise risk and the remaining 50% invested in growth stocks.

Lower risk portion of the portfolio will consist of Listed Companies and Trusts, such as Metric Credits Income Opportunity Trust (MOT), Metric Credits Master Income Trust (MXT), Gryphon Capital Income Trust (GCI), Qualitas Real Estate Income Trust (QRI) and similar vehicles that hold a portfolio of loans managed by a professional investment team maybe selected with a limit of 20% per holding.

The higher risk portion of the portfolio will consist of Listed Investment companies/Trusts like Washington Soul Pattinson (SOL), Wilson Asset Management (WAM) and similar vehicles including Exchange Traded Funds that hold a portfolio of investments managed by a professional team.
